Aspen Peak Advisor’s mission is to deliver customized products, maintain the highest level of client service, and remain an independent firm. We are investment professionals servicing a limited number of sophisticated investors.

The allocators to whom we present investment opportunities are “accredited investors” or “qualified purchasers” from single family offices to global institutions, and they all share one thing in common: they understand a successful business model.  They appreciate our quality of product and fit of that product within their individual investment mandates. They are capable of conducting an independent review of the investment opportunities presented to determine suitability and overall impact to their portfolio.

We are focused on capital preservation and risk mitigation, the foundation of our due diligence process honed by years of direct experience in financial analysis.

We only succeed if all the parties succeed. Our compensation depends on delivering results; we accept no upfront fees.

A sample of the products that we source and present to qualified investors are:
  • Separately Managed Accounts and Co-Investment Vehicles for greatest transparency
  • Positive Expectancy strategies where there is an unexploited ‘edge’ on which to capitalize
  • Geographically focused income generating commercial and multi-residential real estate partnerships
  • Seed/Venture Participation: providing runway; infrastructure; operational strength; and additional exposure to capital for the asset manager; and equity ownership for the investor
  • Special assessment of select niche mandates such as Women and Minority Owned (WMO) and Socially Responsible Investing (SRI/ESG)
